Returns & Refunds  

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Therefore we have a 30 day refund policy on defective or non-working products.
We are not responsible for Buyer's remorse or errors which occur by the buyer during the ordering process; while we will try our best to provide excellent customer support, we will have to also consider the effect on the company and make decisions as such. We charge a restocking fee of 15% to 20% for buyer's remorse or errors in ordering the wrong product which was shipped to the client. We will only accept returns and apply this restocking fee to products in their original unopened packaging. 

 
Download products are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the product and the fact that it has been viewed by the buyer, if the product is defective it will be replaced and we will assist with the basic installation of the product. We are not responsible for Buyer's remorse or if the client makes an additional purchase before the 24 hours expires, which is listed for the timeline delivery of all download products. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund or exchange products that are removed from their original packaging except for defective products. We do not cover return shipping, duties or any fees for buyer's remorse.

In the case where a Physical product that is delivered to a customer and is no longer required by that customer, the customer will be responsible for all costs to return product. In addition to this a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We will only accept returns and apply this restocking fee to products in their original unopened packaging.
